Conditions of Sale – Techman Kitchen Equipment Company

These Conditions of Sale govern all purchases from Techman Kitchen Equipment Company (“Seller”) by the customer (“Buyer”). By placing an order, Buyer agrees to these terms.
2. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to written acceptance by Seller
Seller reserves right to refuse any order without explanation
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
3. Pricing and Payment

Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest

Seller’s maximum liability is limited to purchase price
Seller not liable for:
Consequential or incidental damages
Loss of profits or production
Claims arising from improper use
8. Force Majeure
Seller not liable for delays or failures due to:
Acts of God
Labor disputes
Supply chain disruptions
Government actions
Other circumstances beyond reasonable control
